Delete your HexTurf account
You can permanently delete your HexTurf account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open HexTurf and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@hexturf.app with the subject "Account deletion" and include the username of the account you want deleted (and the email address on the account, if any). We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or irreversibly anonymize your personal data, including:
- your email address;
- your login credentials (password and any linked Google sign-in);
- your push-notification token;
- your username (replaced with an anonymized identifier).
What may be retained
Some game-event and security records may be kept in de-identified form, no longer linked to you, only as long as needed for security, anti-cheat and fraud prevention, or to comply with legal obligations. These cannot be used to identify you.
